Day 1 –
Juneau to
Gustavus /
Glacier Bay Lodge
Today you have the morning free to
enjoy the sights of Juneau. Mid afternoon
board your plane for the short but scenic
flight to Gustavus on the edge of Glacier
Bay National Park. Upon arrival you are
transferred to the Lodge. After check-in you
have time to explore the area and enjoy the
beauty of the area.
Day 2 - Glacier Bay National Park
Today you will have half day to explore the Park on your own. In the afternoon you will depart on four (4) whale watching excursion to observe these magnificent creatures in wild. Depending on weather conditions and sightings your tour may be scheduled for the morning.
Day 3 –
Glacier Bay National Park Cruise and
Juneau
In the morning depart on a full day cruise
through the West Arm of Glacier Bay. The
Park Service naturalist on board will give
you insight into the history and wildlife of
this beautiful area. The catamaran returns
to the lodge for your flight back to Juneau
or add another night at the lodge to give you
more time for exploring or fishing.
